How snail mail works

  • Each month, you'll receive a curated envelope of art, stickers, and little surprises.

  • Mail is sent at the beginning of the month. To get that month's envelope, you must sign up at least one day before the first. For example, if you sign up on December 31st, then you will receive January's mail.

  • Subscriptions are charged monthly on the same day you signed up.

  • Shipping is free, but since it is snail mail, there is no tracking.

  • Every month brings a new surprise to your mailbox!

When will I receive my mail?

Mail is sent at the beginning of each month. To get that month's envelope, make sure you sign up at least one day before the 1st.

How often will I be charged?

You'll be charged monthly on the same day you signed up for your subscription.

Are returns accepted?

Because each envelope is handmade and unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every month's mail is a special surprise just for you!

Can I gift a subscription?

Absolutely! Just sign up the recipients name and address, and they'll get their own monthly surprises.
