1. How are your products made?
All of our products are created using print-on-demand through our trusted partner, Printify. This means each item is made especially for you after you place your order.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Production typically takes 2–7 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location:
3. Why did my items arrive separately?
Some items may ship separately if they are produced by different Printify facilities. Don’t worry—you’ll receive tracking for each package.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error. If this happens, contact us at zenfrogarts@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders go into production quickly, so we can’t always guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us within 24 hours of ordering, and we’ll do our best to help.
6. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and product type.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for customs fees or duties, and shipping may take longer due to customs processing.
8. My tracking number isn’t updating. What should I do?
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment. If it hasn’t updated after a few days, contact us and we’ll look into it.
9. What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us. We’ll coordinate with Printify to issue a replacement or refund.

Because our products are made-to-order, we avoid overproduction and reduce waste, making print-on-demand a more sustainable option than traditional retail.
