Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are printed, packaged, and shipped by Printify, our trusted print-on-demand partner.

  • Fulfillment times vary depending on the product but typically range from 2–7 business days before shipment.

Shipping Times

  • Delivery time depends on your location and the print provider.

  • Average shipping estimates:

    • United States: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (may vary by country and customs processing times)

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, product type, and Printify’s carrier rates.

  • Some items may ship separately if they are produced by different Printify partners.

Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (when available).

  • Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the item ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

  • If your order is lost, delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at zenfrogarts@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We will work with Printify to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

International Shipping & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

  • Delays caused by customs are outside of our control.
